Best & Bester, are best buddies who live in Bettertown, where you get to choose what you want to be the day you are born. Best & Bester were arguing so much on their special day, that they forgot! Now they are still trying to make up their minds and transform into a new body each day. Best thinks with his head, whilst Bester thinks with his heart.

What’s the one question that every child in the world gets asked:

“What do you want to be when you grow up?”

The possible answers to this question are endless. You could be anything! Best and Bester is set in a world where everyone gets to decide what they want to be, and follows two über-competitive best buds who spend their time comparing the best things of all time.

Best and Bester choose any type of body they want. Wanna be a fire hydrant? Voilà! Here’s your fire hydrant body. You wanna be a cow, ice cream cone, or paper clip? Voilà, voilà, voilà! From the moment you enter the world, you can be it. All you have to do, is choose.

Best and Bester’s world exists in the perfectly named Better Town. Since everyone gets to choose what they want to be the moment they come into existence, their bodies are optimised for the homes they live in, the businesses they run, or the activities they most enjoy doing. You can bet the wait staff of a restaurant will literally have notepad bodies so that an order is never forgotten! 

In Better Town, everyone gets to choose what they get to be the moment they are “born.” Yep, you heard that right. The second one is hatched into existence (more on that later), they choose any type of body they want. Wanna be a fire hydrant? Voilà! Here’s your fire hydrant body.
